Q1. Who are we?
We are a high-tech enterprise in the area of new energy products and solutions. We are established in 2015 by the earliest team which focuses on the electric vehicle charging system in China. We have a profound accumulation in the field of electric vehicle chargers, and has a comprehensive charging product line. Our main products are new energy EV chargers, including single phase AC chargers, three phase AC chargers, single plate single gun DC chargers, integrated DC chargers, integrated DC chargers ad series, innovation AC+DC integrated chargers, and portable DC chargers etc.
 
Q2. Can you provide an EV charging pile to meed my requirements?
Yes, we have a wide range of EV charging piles for you to choose. For AC chargers (slow chargers), you can choose GB/T, type 1 or type 2. For DC chargers, GB/T, CCS1, CCS2 and CHAdeMo are all available. Meanwhile, we have professional R&D team and have the ability to develop new charging equipment to meet or even exceed your expectations. Please feel free to inquiry.

Q4. Can you connect your chargers with the payment platforms and communication protocols in my market?
Yes, we can. Please tell us your technical requirements so that we can discuss further.

Q5. Can you ship in SKD, CKD condition?
Yes, we can make shipment according to your requirements.

Q6. Do you test all your charging piles before shipping?
Yes, we have both AC charger testing lines and DC charger testing lines. For each charging pile, we have 100% test during production and double test before shipping with professional testing instruments.

Q7. What is your warranty term? 
We provide 1 year warranty for the whole charging pile.

Q8. How about your delivery time? 
Normally 30 days after receiving the deposit.

Q9. What is your packing method?
For wall mounted chargers and upright post charging piles, we use thick plastic bag+styrofoam box+ carton;
For floor type chargers, the power module and charger body are packed separately with bubble film+pearl cotton+wooden box+standard wood base.

Q10. What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit before producing, and 70% balance before shipment, both by T/T. 

Q11. Do you provide after service spare parts?
Yes, we provide all the spare parts to our ev chargers.

Q12. Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. Besides, we have training programme to help our partners to grow. Please contact us for further information.
